I’ve been thinking lately that I would like to rediscover the art of letter writing. There’s something extremely unsatisfying to me about most modern communication—I think it’s too instantaneous, and it ultimately ends up demanding a lot more of you because people want a reply right-then-right-now.**  You end up in such a rush that it can be hard to say what you really mean.

On the other hand, I wouldn’t trade being able to send/receive photos and videos with my family for anything…

** Also, I’m hugely lazy.
